1. WHAT IS RAQUELGUMA.COM

An online store baby and children’s prints, made in Spain, and created by the design studio of the same name. Behind Raquelguma.com is Raquel Gutiérrez, illustrator and creator of the brand.

2. HOW CAN I BUY IN RAQUELGUMA.COM?

Buying on Raquelguma.com is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:
– View the product/s you are interested in. Through a click you will get more information about the article you are interested in: description, colors, images, availability, etc.
– Select what you like and add it to the cart.
– When you have finished your purchase you must process the order by clicking on “my cart” (you can also access it at any time to see your products in detail).
– Select a payment method (payment by transfer, credit card or Paypal), check your shopping cart, check that your data is correct and press CONFIRM.
– You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway or to Paypal, depending on the payment method chosen. When the payment is completed correctly, you will receive an email confirming your order with details of your invoice. If you do not receive it, your order has not been successfully completed or you have entered the email information incorrectly in the registry. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

The use or contracting of the products and/or services offered on www.raquelguma.com implies acceptance of the following general conditions of sale.
Purchases made on this website are subject to current regulations.

4. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

– HOW IS THE SHIPPING CARRIED OUT?
All our shipments are sent through private courier service.

– WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?
Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands: from 5 to 7 working days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and international can take 7 to 25 days to be delivered depending on the destination.
The delivery times indicated are for guidance and RAQUELGUMA will endeavor to respect them. However, since it is a service offered by third parties, its delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
IMPORTANT: any customized product and any product that specifically indicates a different delivery time are excluded from these terms.

– WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?
Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands: within a maximum period of 15 working days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands and international can take 15 to 35 days to be delivered depending on the destination.

– IF MY ORDER CONTAINS PERSONALIZED AND UNCUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In this case the shipment of ALL the order will be made when the customized product is ready.

– WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipments are made by private courier service. Shipping costs include 21% VAT, but no other fees, taxes, fees or surcharges.
Shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands: € 4.90
Shipments to the Canary Islands and international: € 9.90.
In the case of shipments to provinces (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) or countries where the shipment may be liable to pass through Customs, you will be obliged to pay said customs fees upon receipt of your package, and it will not be in any case Raquelguma’s responsibility.
The prices of the services or products shown on www.raquelguma.com include 21% VAT. Orders placed by individuals from other countries of the European Union will also include a 21% VAT (consult your advisor) conveniently described on the website and will be paid by the customer.

– RETURNS
If you want to make an exchange or refund, you must contact us through the “contact form”. Once you do this we will indicate you the address you should send the item you want to return.
Changes or returns of our products made to measure or on request are not allowed except in the case of defective or damaged products.
In case the return is made for reasons not attributable to Raquelguma.com, you will have to bear the expenses generated by this return. Non-attributable causes are considered: changes of model or measure, which are due to a change of opinion of the client or an error of the client at the time of placing the order.
If the return of the products is due to a defect in the item received or due to an erroneous product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address hello@raquelguma.com, indicating the error or defect along with your personal data. In this case it will be RAQUELGUMA who pays the shipping costs. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible.
The deadline to communicate the return and send it is 14 days from the date of purchase.
To make the shipment you can only make returns through mail / courier, so we recommend that you always send it by a system that certifies the delivery (certified or with acknowledgment of receipt) for your safety. We will not be liable, for losses, delays or erroneous shipments of any product you wish to return to us. We will not accept returns sent due.
After verifying that the return complies with all the terms of our Exchange and Returns Policy, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank and may take a few days to become effective. Raquelguma.com reserves a period of up to 72 hours to carry out said verification.
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
If the amount of the return is incorrect, you must contact us through our “contact form”. We will try to correct the error as soon as possible.
Raquelguma.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

5. CONDITIONS OF USE

These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.raquelguma.com that RAQUELGUMA makes freely available to Internet users in order to provide information about its products, services and prices. Access to it implies acceptance without reservation.
The visualization, printing and partial downloading of the web content is authorized only and exclusively if it is done with the sole purpose of obtaining the information contained for personal and private use. Its use is expressly prohibited for commercial purposes or for distribution, transformation or public communication.
The entire web page (texts, photographs, logos, buttons, files, color combinations, structure and presentation of its contents) is protected by Spanish and international laws on Intellectual and Industrial property. The total or partial reproduction of this website and any of its contents is expressly prohibited without the express written permission of RAQUELGUMA.
RAQUELGUMA reserves the right to modify the commercial offer of the website at any time and to keep its content updated without having to ensure a full update.

7. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The items displayed on www.raquelguma.com will be available for sale while stocks last.
The offers are duly marked and identified as such. Its validity period is effective while they appear on your screen. These offers may be modified or canceled without prior notice.
The civil liability of www.raquelguma.com for the products supplied is limited to the amount thereof; The user or consumer waives to claim any responsibility for any other concept in case of dissatisfaction of the products purchased on this website.
