HI!

I’m Raquel Gutiérrez, designer and illustrator from Cordoba (Spain). After studying Advertising at University of Seville (Spain) and specialize in Art Direction in Buenos Aires (Argentine) I’ve worked for different agencies and companies in Madrid, Shanghai, Lyon and Montreal. I’m currently based in Bilbao (Spain).

I love design, typography, textile design, but above all I love to illustrate for children because it brings out the best in myself.  

Currently I juggle my activity as illustrator and Matamua, the children’s publisher we just created (www.matamuabooks.com).
